• Can I add employees' resumes and certificates to the web application? Yes, depending on your authorization level.  

• Can the Web Application transaction grants a trade Discount on top of an individual line item discount? Yes. A Trade discount is allowed over the individual line items in the quotation.

•  Is revision possible for the approved or canceled transaction? Revision is not allowed once a transaction is approved or canceled. You need to create another transaction.  

• What can you say about redundancy or duplicated transaction for Multiple Users? The Application provides a unique coding system to prevent duplication of a transaction. 

• How the Key Performance Indicator applies to the report? The Application can measure an employee's performance by the aging in days acted on the assigned transaction.

• I prefer a Monthly Subscription instead of an Annual basis.Yes, you can select which subscription model you want. However, annual payment entitles an account to a discounted price.  

• Is there a Money Back Guarantee? Yes, for unused portion of the subscription  

• What will happen to my data if I quit my subscription? Your data remained in the cloud storage for a period of One (1) year.  

• How do you charge excess data?   If data storage exceeds 2Gb.  Your data is encrypted and compressed in the cloud storage which will take around three (3) years to fully consumed. This will be charge apart from regular subscription

• Can I attach transactions documents  in the Web Application? Yes.  

• How do you handle multiple data for FREE cloud uploading?  Send us a CSV file in our format.   

• Can I keep a copy of my data? Yes, upon request with charges.

• How many are the required Users for a newly starting company? The minimum number of Users for a start-up company is 2-to 3 Users. 

• Who are the System Users and their functions? There are three (3) Users in the system;  Encoder, Approver, and an Administrator. The level of authorization requires different level of training.  

• Does SIMSS offer continuous User Training?  Yes, we periodically updated our video support and the FAQS where you can have answers upfront. 

• Are there additional charges for face-to-face training? Yes, upon request. We prefer online training where FAQs and other means of communication are more practical.
